Coaching sessions

  • Determine an initial core topic (important and urgent) that you would like to address.
  • The coaching session is based on your personal experiences on the one hand and on the coach’s impressions and experiences on the other. The exchange and asking the right questions help to define concrete approaches and implementation steps.
  • At the end of each session, we agree on how you want to implement these steps.
  • We determine further core topics individually with you after you have achieved initial success with the first core topic.
  • The number of these sessions depends on your wishes and expectations. We experience processes that are completed after 2-3 sessions; others take several years. Our aim is to make ourselves redundant as quickly as possible.

Mediation process

Conflicts arise when negotiations have failed or have never taken place. The mediation process is therefore very similar to the negotiation process.
The mediation agreement forms the basis. Among other things, this sets out the rules, cost allocation, confidentiality and legal effect as a contract.
We conduct the actual mediation on the basis of our roots-to-fruits negotiation model.
