Stefan Zweifel
Stefan Zweifel’s engineering degrees (wood engineer specializing in operations FH and industrial engineer NDS BWL) form the basis of his knowledge. As a profit center manager in the building trade and as division manager of an industrial group (both as a member of management) and not least as a father of four children and husband, he learned to negotiate.
During his training as an armored infantry officer in the Swiss army, he learned how to lead under difficult conditions and how to think in variants.
In the voluntary children’s and youth work at the YMCA, he was able to learn leadership skills and how to work with volunteers at a young age.
He acquired his sales skills as a private customer consultant for kitchens.
Stefan Zweifel is at home at all levels of the hierarchy. As a trained carpenter, he also knows the world of construction and the processes in production companies from the ground up.
With an international network of business trainers, Zweifel Business Empowerment covers a wide range of customer needs.
Michèle Zweifel
Michèle Zweifel is a qualified nurse, wife of Stefan and mother of their four teenage and adult children. She has been leading “Body, Spirit, Soul” courses by Heike Malisic and Beate Nordstrand since 2022 and helps women to find their inner balance and fill their lives with new joy.
She is currently training to become an individual psychological counselor at the ICL Institute for Christian Life and Marriage Counseling.
Her aim is to encourage women to discover their uniqueness, experience inner healing and take steps towards a fulfilled life.
